To enrol in our nationally recognised training:
● You must complete all required enrolment forms accurately
● You must provide valid identification
● You must complete and pass the LLND (Language, Literacy & Numeracy
Diagnostic) test before final enrolment
● False or misleading information may result in enrolment cancellation
Training Link Australia reserves the right to accept or decline any enrolment
Training Link Australia provides training according to RTO standards.
Delivery formats may include:
● Face-to-face sessions
● Blended learning (online + in-person)
● Online LMS-based assessments
We may update learning content or delivery methods to meet industry or regulatory
requirements.
All course fees are listed on our website.
By enrolling, you agree:
● To pay all course fees before training commences (unless an instalment
arrangement applies)
● That refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy
● That refunds must be requested through the official Payment Refund Form
No refund is provided once training has commenced, except where required by
Australian consumer law.
All students must:
● Provide accurate and up-to-date personal details
● Complete their own assessments honestly
● Follow instructions from trainers
● Bring necessary equipment (tablet/laptop for online assessments)
● Behave respectfully toward staff and other students
Misconduct, plagiarism, cheating, or abuse may result in suspension or cancellation
without refund.
Certificates and Statements of Attainment will be issued only when:
● All enrolment information is verified
● All assessments are completed and marked competent
● Required identification has been confirmed
We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
All course materials, videos, assessments, website text, graphics, and images are the
property of Training Link Australia.
You may not:
● Copy
● Redistribute
● Publish
● Reproduce
Any content without written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Students must follow all WHS rules and trainer instructions while attending face-to-face
courses.
Training Link Australia may remove any student who:
● Acts unsafely
● Disrupts training delivery
● Harasses or abuses others
● Damages property
No refund will be issued in such cases
Training Link Australia is not responsible for:
● Loss of income or employment outcomes
● Technical issues with third-party platforms
● Delays caused by regulatory bodies (ASQA, NCVER, etc.)
● Errors arising from incorrect information provided by students
Our obligation is limited to providing training and assessment services as per RTO
standards.
Our website may contain links to third-party tools such as:
● Google Analytics
● NCVER survey systems
● Booking platforms
We are not responsible for the content, actions, or privacy practices of these third-party services.
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
